FDC Executive Committee

All strategic and operational issues are coordinated by the Executive Committee headed by the Secretary Forest, Environment and Wildlife Department (FEWD), Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Executive Committee has the following composition:

1. Secretary to Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FEW Department (Chairman)
2. Managing Director, FDC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Member)
3. Chief Conservator of Forests, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Member)
4. General Manager (Fin. & Admn), FDC, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Member)
5. Director (Budget & Accounts),  FEW Department (Member)

Functions of the Executive Committee are:

• Approve pre-fixed stumpage rates of forests.
• Coordination between FDC & Forest Department.
• Approve yearly plan of operations of FDC.
• Management of staffing and structure.
• Management of Forest Development Fund.
• Timber production/regeneration matters.
• General policy guidance.
